- 1 lb wild caught Alaskan salmon
- 2 cups salsa (homemade or check ingredients)
- 1 tbsp capers
- ¼ cup green or black olives
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put salmon in a baking dish.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over salmon.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
